Freiburg 1 Bochum 0

On the Friday night clash, Freiburg keeps their momentum going in a very hot start to the Bundesliga season for Christian strife and his side that looks like a potential champions league contender again. On a rainy evening at home, they hosted bottom-of-the-table Bochum a team that has suffered too late goals in two of their three defeats with the other one being on the wrong end of a seven-goal. thrashing. They have struggled the season but still, have a team that could eventually climb themselves out of the bottom. They turned out to be a tough out for Freiburg. A very intense affair, but ultimately Freiburg does get their goal in the second half. Vincenzo Grifo is denied from the spot attempts to follow up that is blocked before putting his head through on the third time of asking into the back of the net to give Freiburg the lead and eventual victory as they continue their hot start to the season while Bochum stays bottom.

Leverkusen 3 FSV Mainz 0

Leverkusen, after a horrendous start, the season took on one of the hottest teams in the Bunesliga season as they traveled to FSV Mainz in what was expected to be very tough. They have shown their qualities this season, but one thing is clear. Leverkusen, after dropping three straight, could not afford to lose. Throughout the 90 minutes. They were second. Best but individual brilliance prevailed them, Ezekiel Palacios, out of the first, and then a pair of goals from Jermaine Frimpong settled the affair as Leverkusen picked up their first points of the season in 3–0 victory.

RB Leipzig 2 Wolfsburg 0

RB Leipzig has had a rough start to the season with only two points from their opening games. After a falling defeat to Union Berlin, a clash against Wolfsburg help them get on track. Wolfsburg has struggled in its own right and currently sits just a few points above the drop. Christopher nkunku converts from the penalty spot to give RB Leipzig the early lead Just minutes into the game. They pressurize Wolfsburg for the majority of the 90 minutes as the Wolves struggled again and were under pressure constantly. Christopher Nknku rises to the challenge again near the end as Timo Werner sets him up in the 90th minute to kill off Wolfsburg with a second goal as RB Leipzig gets their first one of the season, hoping to build on this to get their form cooking as they down. Wolfsburg, who really do see like they are going to struggle this season.

Hoffenheim 1 Augsburg 0

After an opening loss, Hoffenheim has been one of the surprises of the early season. Certainly looking like a team capable of fighting for For Europe this season. They are about their business, a well-balanced squad that has quality throughout. They looked to keep that thing going against Augsburg after knocking on the door repeatedly; they eventually got their way in. A beautifully crafted goal from Hoffenheim sees them take the lead in the first half. Thanks to a beautiful setup with Grieger getting the goal. In the end. They continued to play with great momentum getting into dangerous positions constantly. Still, I found it difficult to break through Augsberg’s goalkeeper, who has been performing at an elite level all season. They came close to hitching a second, but it never went through as Hoffenheim took a narrow victory, keeping them at pace with the top of the table following a 1–0 victory over Augsburg.

Dortmund 1 Hertha Berlin 0

Dortmund last weekend. Humiliated themselves in front of all of Germany, losing a two-goal lead going in it to the 89th minute to ultimately lose the game. They needed to make a statement and get themselves back in a good space. Despite the points they have collected this season, they have not particularly played well in any of the games. They needed to change that If they were realistically going to try to push the top of the table. Against Hertha Berlin, we finally saw Dortmund play at an elite level. Anthony Modest gave Dortmund a 1–0. It turned out to be the only goal in the game. However, throughout the match, we saw Dortmund play collectively as a team. It was their best performance of the season. So far. They look dangerous in the attack and constellation. They were capable in the midfield. They sharpened the fence and didn’t really have to worry about much. For the majority of the game, certainly, you would have liked to see them score a few more goals, but ultimately their performance is what matters the most. They get the points. Get back on track and finally put forward a performance that is worthy of the result. The horror show of the last weekend erased the memories coming out and showed what they’re capable of.

Union Berlin 6 Schalke 1

The royal blues have struggled to start the new campaign after the return to the Bundesliga. It has been difficult. They are a big club that we prefer to stick around, but after the performance on Saturday, there are reasons to be concerned. They were at home against Union Berlin, who is having a historic start to the season. Despite losing their top strikers over the last year and a half, They haven’t messed to step. Coming off a big win against RB Leipzig. Looking at the very formidable strike partnership of Jordan peak fork and Sheraldo Becker. The visitors came into the Veltis Arena and ripped apart. The royal blues in humiliating fashion. Berlin started strong and was relentless until the final whistle. Morton Thorsby. He had her from a set piece, allowing Berlin to take an early lead. The Royal blues did manage to equalize from the spot, but it went all down from there. Becker scored a brace Haberer added another, prompting a four-goal. First half. It was complete domination, and they added a few more at the end as Sven Michael scored two in the last 6 minutes, ultimately earning a 6–1 victory. As union Berlin is off to the best ever start at the top of the lake with Bayern Munich to start the season while the royal blues are living or worst nightmare.

Bayern 1 Gladbach 1

Bayern Munich is the best team in the world. We all know this. They have these starting lineups. They have depth. They have everything you need in a team that is going to challenge for every trophy available. They are a dynasty and have run European football and German football for a long time. They can be beaten, and they do get beaten throughout the season. It’s hard to take points off them. That’s why it takes a very particular strategy or approach to do so. However, historically there is one team they always struggle against, that is Gladbach. Regardless of the quality in the squad or what they’re going to see, They always find a way to rough of them. Feathers. The difference is this Gladbach is good. Under Daniel Farke, they are a very formidable team that could get back into the Champions League this year. They’ve started very well. It was a very tense and competitive match. A mistake by Bayern Munich allowed. Marcus Thurman to go coast to coast as they got in front. Bayern Munich pushed and prodded for the majority of the 90 minutes. They had one problem. Yann Sommer is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and one of the most consistent. No matter what happened, they could not break him down. He was making some of the most outrageous saves someone can witness. Genuinely one of the most impressive goalkeeping performances of the season with a Bunesliga record 19 saves on the night. There was no way in, however, despite being outplayed and dealing with a goalkeeper that wouldn’t take no for an answer. They did find that goal through Leroy Sane, who hit a rocket into the top corner as Bayern Munich managed to escape with a point. As Gladbach gets points off them again.

Frankfurt 4 Bremen 3

One of the craziest, most exciting, and most entertaining games of the Bundesliga season took place in Bremen. Newly promoted. Werner Brennan did the impossible last week, coming back from two goals down going into the 88th minute to completely humiliate Dortmund. In their last two games, they have found a late escape against Stuttgart and Dortmund. Meanwhile, Frankfurt, after winning the Europa League last season, has struggled in the Bundesliga so far and needed a result. They haven’t really found their footing this season in the slightest. The main criticism is the lack of goals in this one that wasn’t a problem. Former Germany hero Mario Gotze hadn’t had a shot since returning to the Bundesliga. Against Bremen, he scores on the first shot of the game to give Frankfurt the lead. Not long after. Anthony Jung finds an equalizer to fight back. Bremen got another through Leonardo Bittencourt, only for Frankfurt to hit back late on in the first half with goals coming from Jasper Lindstrom and Kolo Muani. In what was a five-goal first half. And the second half, Sow makes it four for Frankfurt minutes into the second half. Bremen attempt some late dramatics as they are given a penalty in stoppage time. Nicholas Fullkrug delivers on the spot, but it was too little too late this time as Frankfurt was on the winning end of a seven-goal thriller to cap off the Bundesliga weekend.

Koln 0 Stuttgart 0

On Sunday, a rising Koln took on Stuttgart. It was one of the less interesting games. Despite there was a lot of anticipation of the quality that it could bring. It just turned out not to be the case. Koln has started reasonably well as they have positioned themselves comfortably in the top 10, while Stuttgart has played well but is yet to pick up maximum points this season. They weren’t going to do it here, either. It was a back-and-forth game with Stuttgart having the better of the chances, but no one could find a way through as it was a very uncommon goalless draw as points are split.
